This picture appeared in a post on a Facebook group entitled " I survived Pawtucket ".There were 60 some odd comments. Many of them were interesting. If you belong to Facebook you might want to join the group.
A lot of the comments in the Facebook post related to pranks that were pulled off by Tolman and Saints fans prior to the big game. Apparently at some point the statue in the picture was annually encased in plywood to prevent its being vandalized.
